Israel is trying to acquire U.S. transport planes hybrid Osprey V-22

Israel asked Washington the opportunity to acquire 6-8 transport aircraft V-22 Osprey hybrid, according to sources close to the Chief of Staff Benny Gantz Israel currently visiting the United States. It is a cross between a military transport plane and a helicopter. Its formula allows tiltrotor take off and land vertically, like heavy transport helicopters to replace it. The United States use this unit as transportation of special units. Its price is 70 million dollars each.
