Finland Purchases Raytheon's PhantomIRxr precision-targeting thermal bioculars

The Finnish Defence Forces Awarded Contract to Raytheon Company provides PhantomIRxr biocular ® thermal systems. The biocular uses thermal imaging to pinpoint targets through darkness, smoke and dust. The bioculars will be on display at the International Defence Exhibition and Conference (IDEX).
