The Chief of Staff of the Russian Navy was in Saint-Nazaire, last Friday, for a very discreet ceremony at STX shipyard where construction continues Vladivostok , the first of two PCBs ordered in France.
The presence of Admiral Viktor Chirkov was announced by Russian media and confirmed by the Russian embassy in Paris.
