Pyongyang then reiterates his desire to influence the diplomatic position of the United States, considering the U.S., as for wanting to change the North Korean regime in place.

If it remains in conflict with their American counterparts and South Korean totalitarian regime led by Kim Jong-un, would the establishment of a final peace agreement with Washington to establish diplomatic relations between the two countries, as entrusts this source.

"A strategy of extortion," Pascal Boniface

For its part, Pascal Boniface, director of the Institute of International and Strategic Relations (IRIS), notes the willingness of North Korea to get noticed by the United States to negotiate.

"When Barack Obama began a second term, the North Koreans want to show they are there, it takes care of them. They upped the ante a bit and then make a conciliatory gesture, hoping to get help. This is called a strategy of extortion, "he said on Tuesday in an interview on Radio-Canada antennas.

However, he sees no possible in this world upheaval nuclear activity. "North Korea knows that if she uses that nuclear weapon, it would itself be wiped off the map. Contrary to what it says North Korean propaganda, it is not the security of the country that you want to protect, it is the security of the regime, "explains Pascal Boniface.

A kind of delicate balance in order to maintain the totalitarian system to lead the country. The repetition of these tests nuclear deterrence as attempts for negotiations was there to prove it.
