Logic Instrument: New control touch pads cured!

Logic Instrument, a leading rugged mobile computer manufacturers, confirms a new order for touch pads hardened "TLXXS12DC" by Nexter, which will be delivered in late 2012 and early 2013. Will be integrated into these tablets, a new artillery ballistics calculator Nexter.

At a cost of half a million euros, the contract between Nexter and Logic Instrument deals with control over 50 touch pads and accessories for use on or off vehicle.

These touch pads Logic Instrument have a 12-inch touchscreen color Yellow Sand TLXXS12DC and meet MIL STD 810F and MIL STD 461E thus meeting the constraints on military land use. Militarized connectors they include allowing scalability in terms of integration with future military equipment.

Its ease of handling, compactness and low weight as well as its implementation make a product for a quick and closer to weapons systems.

"Signing this new agreement allows us to strengthen our position in the military sector, vital to our society," explains Jacques Gebran, CEO of Logic instrument.
