Ansari said that his country would best to assist Vietnam in this area, including by strengthening capacity building in high technology, adding that India considers Vietnam as an essential element of its policy with regard of the East.
He also recalled that the two countries have set a target of achieving bilateral trade of $ 7 billion by 2015, it is currently not as nearly 4 billion.
