Tribute to Lieutenant Colonel Tung Wang Yi

Monday, October 8, 2012 at 16:30, General Denis Mercier, Chief of Staff of the Air Force, local authorities and all airmen paid tribute to religious and military Lieutenant Colonel Tung Wang Yi , died last Wednesday in the crash of the Mirage 2000-5, the common Froideconche in the department of Haute Saone.

Airbase 116 Luxeuil paid tribute to religious and military Lieutenant Colonel Tung Wang Yi, who died October 3, 2012 while on a mission to drive. Aged 37, Lieutenant Colonel Wang was a fighter pilot in the Air Force Taiwan, trained and experienced. He was married and the father of a child. The family of Lieutenant Colonel Wang was present on the base 116 today.

NĂ©ret Hughes, commander of the brigade's air fighter ( BAAC), as well as many local authorities have expressed their full sympathy to the family of the pilot, his wife and daughter.
