Trafficking of nuclear weapons is becoming more professional

Groups trying to obtain nuclear weapons on the black market are becoming more professional, which requires the implementation of new ways to prevent sensitive material falling into their hands, said Wednesday the director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA).
