North Korea plans to strengthen its nuclear deterrence and nuclear tests continue, said Wednesday the North Korean Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in response to the latest round of sanctions imposed by the UN.
We will take concrete measures to expand and strengthen our military self-defense, including nuclear deterrence, the ministry said in a statement carried by the official news agency KCNA.
