The modern GSh-18 combat pistol combines large magazine capacity, powerful cartridge and extremely light weight.7N31 AP cartridges ensure body-armor penetration.

Trigger action with additional cocking of mainspring and automatic safety catch guarantee safe handling with a cartridge in the chamber, thus it is enough to pull off the trigger for firing.

The weapon design provides for easy firing by right or left handed firer. Rustproof plastic frame makes the pistol lighter. The pistol can be fitted with a laser designator.
