Prime Minister of Qatar, Hamad bin Jassem Al-Thani, denied Tuesday any help from his country against radical Islamists in Mali which France went to war. "Qatar has provided humanitarian assistance to Mali last year with the help of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) and was accused of distributing weapons" radical Islamists, Sheikh Hamad said.
