According to police, a blast occurred in a vehicle at Abdara Road in University Town today that killed three persons and injured 18 others, including foreigners.
Police and rescue teams have reached the spot and efforts are underway to shift the injured and bodies to the hospital.
Security forces have cordoned off the area and started investigation.
